Signature is intended for slower straight preparation and a more refined bowl. Daily is chosen for regular use, with enough brightness and ease for both usucha and lighter milk-based drinks.

Do you list farm, cultivar or harvest details?

Only when those details are verified clearly. Hanacha avoids publishing provenance language before it can be supported properly.

How should matcha be stored?

Keep it sealed, away from heat, moisture and direct light. Unopened packs may be refrigerated for freshness, then brought to room temperature before opening.

Is Hanacha suitable for cafés or retailers?

Yes, through a limited wholesale programme for aligned venues and stockists. The approach is selective and preparation-led.

Are accessories the main focus of the range?

No. Accessories are available to support preparation, but the centre of the collection remains the matcha itself.
