Hanacha collects information needed to answer enquiries, process orders and operate this website. This may include your name, email address, delivery and billing details, order history and the information you send us.
Orders & payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Hanacha does not store your full payment card number. Order and contact information is shared with the service providers needed to run the shop, process payments and deliver your order.
Website data
Your basket is saved in your browser so you can return to it. The website also records visits, referral information and shopping events to help us understand how the shop is used. Hosting, database, email and payment providers may process information outside Australia.
Keeping information
We retain information needed to fulfil orders, provide customer service and meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations. Access to customer and order information is restricted to authorised users and service providers.
