Shopping with Hanacha.
These terms apply to retail orders placed through hanacha.com.au. By placing an order, you confirm that your contact and delivery details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Any applicable tax and delivery charge are included in the total shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. An unpaid basket does not place an order.
Products & availability
Product pages describe the selected tea or tea ware. Handmade ceramics vary slightly in colour, glaze, dimensions and finish. Images show the style and presentation of the range; for gift sets, the bowl and teas you select determine the contents supplied.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required. We will not substitute a different tea or bowl without your agreement.

Our delivery and returns information forms part of these terms. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded or limited by these terms.
