Which matcha should I choose for a latte?
Our Matcha 30 g tin can be enjoyed with water or milk. Start with 2 g of matcha, whisk with 60 ml of water at 70–80°C, then add 150–200 ml of milk. Use less milk for a stronger tea flavour.
How many cups does a 30 g tin make?
A 30 g tin makes about 15 cups at 2 g per serving, or 10 cups at 3 g per serving. The amount you use depends on how strong you like your drink.
How do I store my matcha?
Keep the inner pouch and tin closed, away from heat, light and moisture. Use a clean, dry scoop and follow the storage instructions on the pack.
