Our Producer Series introduces the people and expertise behind the tea. SANNAKA brings ten generations of tea experience to its matcha selection, working with local artisanal producers. Its family farm specialises in green tea; the matcha is curated from partner producers. A champagne-gold Hanacha tin and a deep green label give this collection a distinctive place on the tea table.

Preparation
Start with 2 g of powder and 60 ml of warm water. Whisk until evenly mixed, then add water or your preferred milk to taste.
