Sift 2 g into a warm bowl. Add 60 ml water at 70–80°C and whisk briskly in a W motion until smooth. Enjoy as it is, or pour over 150–200 ml of your preferred milk. Adjust the strength to suit you.

Keep sealed in a cool, dry place. Open one pouch at a time and keep it in your Hanacha tin.
