Matcha is made from finely milled green tea leaves. Whisk it with warm water to enjoy the tea on its own, or pour over milk and ice for a matcha latte. Our 30 g tin is an easy place to begin, with straightforward preparation guidance for every cup.

Preparation
Sift 2 g into a warm bowl. Add 60 ml water at 70–80°C and whisk briskly in a W motion until smooth. Enjoy as it is, or pour over 150–200 ml of your preferred milk. Adjust the strength to suit you.
